Alvin has always been excited about creating products that people love to use.

Freshlog is his latest attempt at solving the frustration of creating bug reports with screenshots – a tedious process normally requiring two separate tools for creating a screenshot, creating a new bug ticket and then attaching the screenshot to the ticket.

It turned out that this frustration appears to be more common shared than initially conceived, with Freshlog being cheered on by its happy users.
